1. What are the two options to order the FENIX?

We offer two ways to secure your new FENIX bullpup airgun:

• Full Price: Paying the full price upfront ensures that your purchase is finalized immediately. You won’t have to worry about any additional payments, and your order will be processed without delays. This option is labeled as "FENIX PRE ORDER FULL PRICE."
• £100 Deposit: With the £100 deposit, you can reserve your FENIX and lock in today’s price. Once the stock arrives, we’ll reach out for the remaining payment. This deposit serves as the first part of the full payment and will be deducted from the total amount. This option is labeled as "FENIX PRE ORDER 100 DISCOUNT."

2. Does the deposit impact shipping priority?

No, orders with a £100 deposit share the same shipping priority as full-price orders. However, your shipping spot is only confirmed once the full payment is made. Completing your payment sooner means you’ll be among the first in line when the product is ready.

3. What is the benefit of choosing a pre-order?

The only way to qualify for the exclusive £200 discount is by purchasing the FENIX at the Full Price. However, this discount is only available to existing EDGUN owners as a way to reward their loyalty to the brand. If you own an EDGUN airgun, you must submit a form found on our website to verify the serial number of your current EDGUN model. Once verified, you’ll receive a £200 discount on the full price of the FENIX.

This discount is not available with the £100 deposit option.

4. What happens after I pay the deposit?

Once you pay the £100 deposit, we’ll send a confirmation email. When the FENIX is back in stock, we’ll send a link to complete the remaining payment. You’ll have 10 business days to finish the payment before the pre-order is canceled. After the final payment is received, you’ll receive a tracking number within 1-7 days.

5. Is the deposit refundable?

The £100 deposit is non-refundable after 14 days. If you decide to change your mind within this period, we’re happy to issue a voucher matching your deposit to be used on any other item in our store.
